Almost five years after the creation of the Sacco System business network, today we are glad to communicate the birth of Sacco System Holding srl: a new corporate structure for which the Verga family plans to forge additional group synergies with a view to achieving structured international growth within the next few years.
Currently, the group includes four companies – Caglificio Clerici spa, Sacco srl, Centro Sperimentale del Latte srl, and Kemikalia AB.
With this new corporate structure, it intends to face the challenge of development at an international level, placing itself in the market with an even greater value not only in terms of economic activity and equity, but also of brand and therefore of business.
The increasingly open desire for innovation and international growth has led the owners to implement this new corporate structure without precluding other choices in the future.
With an aggregate turnover of more than 130 million euros, the companies headed by Sacco System Holding srl, have been able to conquer increasingly dominant positions in the market of enzymes, bacteria and probiotic cultures.
The people of Sacco System will continue to be fundamental in achieving the ambitious goals of the next years, positioning themselves in the biotechnology market in a profitable way with an increasingly stronger and more recognizable brand.
