It is a new line of yogurt that will be distributed in institutions with social purposes throughout the country.
The license for this lactic bacteria, isolated from goat’s milk in Tucumán, is also “exported” – within the framework of an agreement between Conicet and one of the most important probiotic-producing companies in the world, Sacco srl, which allows its commercialization to be included in different foods and biopharmaceuticals.
The L. rhamnosus CRL 1505™ strain is capable of stimulating the immune system, optimizing natural defenses when preventing or dealing with respiratory and intestinal infections caused by viruses and bacteria, thus contributing to an improvement in the quality of life and health.
