Role Description
We are seeking a candidate to join the company’s maintenance team, who will become capable of performing routine and extraordinary maintenance on company equipment independently. The role includes nighttime on-call availability after a period of training and mentoring. The candidate should approach daily challenges with enthusiasm and foresight.
Skills and Knowledge
- Educational Background: Diploma
- Language Skills: Basic English knowledge
- IT Skills: Basic
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, flexibility with working hours, knowledge of assembly and disassembly of equipment, potential electrical knowledge, decision-making ability, and strong teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
- Location: Residence within a 20-minute commute from the company site.
- Availability: Required for nighttime and weekend on-call duties.
- Experience: 2–3 years of previous experience in maintenance roles.
- Experience with steam generators and possession of a Boiler Operator License will be considered a preferred plus.
