At Sacco System, we recognize that every aspect of our business inevitably has an impact on the environment, on the people who work with us, and on the social and economic communities in which we operate. We feel a responsibility toward those around us because we care about our future and the future of generations to come.
For this reason, we have always worked through our products to provide solutions that contribute to healthy nutrition and a better quality of life. We strive to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for our employees while, at the same time, working to reduce the environmental impact of our production processes.
Today, this commitment has become an integral part of the way we operate, making sustainability a core element of our corporate strategies and decision-making.
This commitment is also reflected in the recognition received by Sacco S.r.l., a Sacco System Group company, which was awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, recognizing companies that stand out for their sustainability performance. This achievement represents an important acknowledgement of the work carried out so far and, at the same time, an incentive to continue improving.
For us, sustainability is an ambitious journey of continuous transformation: a path built on concrete actions, measurable results, and new goals that inspire us every day to do better.

Partnership
In daily life as well as in the workplace, it is essential to have reliable allies to achieve one’s goals. Sacco System has therefore chosen to join national and international programs to strengthen its sustainability strategies.
Sodalitas Foundation
Sodalitas is a foundation active in Italy since 1995, positioned as a reference partner for companies that wish to make Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability distinctive factors by integrating them into their business strategies. Sodalitas promotes projects in areas such as Youth and Employment, Social Inclusion, and Sustainable Territories, while also supporting networking among businesses and fostering partnerships with institutions, the third sector, schools, universities, and research centers. Fondazione Sodalitas is the national partner of CSR Europe.
Responsible Care
Both companies at the Cadorago production site, Caglificio Clerici and Sacco, participate in “Responsible Care®”, the global voluntary program promoting sustainable development in the chemical industry, managed in Italy by Federchimica. By joining the program, the two companies commit to developing their activities with a continuous focus on improving safety, health, and the environment.
Club Imprese Eccellenti
The Club Imprese Eccellenti is an initiative by Global Strategy, an international management consulting and corporate finance firm that serves as a partner for companies in defining and implementing management solutions.
The OsservatorioPMI® is a project through which Global Strategy identifies the best Italian companies each year based on strict economic-financial KPIs. The Club Imprese Eccellenti brings together these outstanding companies, aiming to create a stable and constructive network among them. It serves as a platform for interaction, dialogue, and collaboration.
Founded in May 2016, the club now consists of around twenty members, promoting excellence and fostering opportunities for growth and connection within the business community.

Our contribution to the SDGs
On September 25, 2015, the United Nations approved the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, a global action program aimed at achieving a better and more sustainable future for all by 2030. Within it, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are listed, which address the major challenges of our time by balancing the three dimensions of sustainability: economic, social, and environmental.
The goals are designed to stimulate actions in areas of critical importance for humanity and the natural world, focusing on People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnerships.
At Sacco System, with our business strategies and product offerings, we aim to contribute to the achievement of these Goals. Among the 17 SDGs of the 2030 Agenda, at Sacco System we focus on the following:
