Role Description
The operator performs their duties within the lyophilization and grinding group of the Z2 department, under the supervision of the manager S. Bariselli. The role involves carrying out all operations related to loading and unloading the lyophilizers, grinding the lyophilized product, packaging, storage, cleaning, and washing of the rooms and equipment. All activities must be carried out in compliance with GMP standards and documented with the correct completion of Batch Records and production forms. Expected results: confirmation of the qualities demonstrated over the past year, continuous improvement in terms of productivity and quality of productions.
Demographic Requirements
Educational Background: Not specific, though a technical diploma is preferred. Must have the ability to thoroughly read and understand technical texts.
Language Skills: Preferably spoken and written English at B2 level, though not mandatory.
IT Skills: Proficiency in using main Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic use of management systems for simple operations.
Personal Requirements
Precision, punctuality, reliability, adherence to rules, flexibility, seriousness, good organizational skills, and availability are fundamental traits. A strong ability to work in a team and active listening skills are essential. High learning speed is also required.

Professional Requirements
Experience in production roles, preferably in environments requiring precision and reliability. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are a plus.
