Nous avons été rejoints par 35 technologues travaillant dans notre réseau d’assistance technique commerciale pour ce marché, avec des représentants de Fermentos del Sur (Chili), BioInsumos (Uruguay), BioInsumos (Bolivie), Chacomer (Paraguay), Provolatte (Venezuela), Raff (Mexique), Tuteur (Argentine), Sacco Brasil, Amerilac (USA), BioVItaLIve (Équateur), Sacco System (Brésil), BioVItaLIve (Équateur), Tuteur (Argentine), Sacco Brasil, Amerilac (USA), BioVItaLIve (Equateur), Distribuidora del Caribe (Amérique centrale), Abiasa (Mexique), CSL USA (USA), GLI-Linros (Pérou), et cette fois-ci avec le soutien spécial de Centro Agro Lechero, notre distributeur pour le marché colombien.
La réunion technique sur l’utilisation de notre culture Lyofast LRB dans la conservation du lait, présentant un grand nombre de cas d’application réussis en améliorant la qualité de la matière première et donc en améliorant la qualité des produits laitiers et le rendement fromager obtenu, a été un excellent espace d’enrichissement et d’échange technique pour tous les participants.
