With a global network of more than 130,000 companies evaluated, Ecovadis is today the world’s largest and most trusted provider of corporate sustainability assessments, and its awards are given to the best 35 percent of companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
To be eligible for a medal, a company must achieve a minimum score of 30 in each of four areas:
- Environment
- Ethics
- Labor Practices and Human Rights
- Sustainable Purchasing
This year Sacco Sacco System companies distinguished themselves in two categories:
« Manufacture of dairy products » in which Caglificio Clerici scored 75 out of 100 points.
« Manufacture of other chemical products n.e.c. » in which Sacco and Centro Sperimentale del Latte respectively scored 61 and 60 points out of 100.
