Notre engagement en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement durable : bilan d’une trajectoire \u00e9volutive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous sommes fiers de pr\u00e9senter la cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition de notre rapport de durabilit\u00e9<\/a>, une occasion de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur les r\u00e9alisations atteintes et les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre des projets significatifs, notamment dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire, transformant notre cycle de production. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces initiatives, nous avons r\u00e9duit de 70 % la production de d\u00e9chets, en redirigeant plus de 12 000 tonnes de sous-produits par an vers de nouveaux cycles de production, prolongeant ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie des mat\u00e9riaux dans les cha\u00eenes de valeur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le plan social, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur la croissance et la stabilit\u00e9 de nos collaborateurs : plus de 97 % de nos contrats sont \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e et pr\u00e8s de 95 % de notre personnel a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de formation. Cette approche nous a permis de faire preuve de r\u00e9silience face \u00e0 des p\u00e9riodes complexes comme la pand\u00e9mie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour Sacco System, la durabilit\u00e9 est un pilier strat\u00e9gique qui guide la recherche et l\u2019innovation, visant \u00e0 relever des d\u00e9fis mondiaux tels que la r\u00e9duction du gaspillage alimentaire et la promotion de cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement agroalimentaires durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 partir de 2026, nous respecterons la directive europ\u00e9enne sur la publication d\u2019informations en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 (CSRD), une \u00e9tape cruciale pour consolider notre d\u00e9marche. Nous travaillons d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur un reporting int\u00e9gr\u00e9, impliquant toutes les entreprises du groupe et actualisant les th\u00e9matiques mat\u00e9rielles selon le principe de double mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9, afin d\u2019assurer un mod\u00e8le commercial align\u00e9 sur les attentes des parties prenantes et les d\u00e9fis environnementaux et sociaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sacco System continuera \u00e0 contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement durable, en s\u2019adaptant \u00e0 un contexte en constante \u00e9volution et en garantissant un mod\u00e8le r\u00e9silient gr\u00e2ce au dialogue et \u00e0 l\u2019engagement avec tous nos partenaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
