Lyoflora FP-18 et Lyoflora FP-50 sont des produits \u00e0 base de <em>Carnobacterium spp.,<\/em> des bact\u00e9ries qui produisent des bact\u00e9riocines capables de r\u00e9duire la contamination par <em>Listeria monocytogenes <\/em>dans le poisson, si jamais elle existe.
